To maintain a 7-year parts warranty, your water softener must be serviced annually by a Monarch Water engineer. Our hassle-free monthly subscription plan makes this easy by spreading the cost of servicing. Regular maintenance ensures your system stays in optimal working condition all year round.
Signing up for our annual service subscription service is simple. We have pre-set plans to make things easier for you. You just need to choose your plan and postcode area. We will then take care of the rest, and will reach out to notify you to get your Annual Service booked in at the end of each year at a time which works for you.
At the end of each year, the plan will automatically renew. We will send you a reminder by email notifying you that your Annual Service Subscription plan will automatically renew, at least 30 days before the renewal. If you wish to cancel your subscription before the renewal please see clause 6.1 of our Subscription Terms.
To book a service you can give us a call on 0800 093 8222, or request a call back and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Full details, including a call bank link, will be provided when we reach out to you in our email notifying you to book in your Annual Service.
There are no long-term contracts or minimum commitments required. You're free to cancel your subscription at any time. Just give us a call on 0800 093 8222 and one of our team can help you. Our offices are open Monday-Friday 08.30-17.00.
If you have made payments for an upcoming Annual Service which has not been carried out [or booked at the time of cancellation], these payments will be refunded in full minus an admin fee (£30) which we charge for the set up and maintenance of your Subscription Account.
We’ll do our best to schedule your service as soon as possible after your 12th and final payment. When the time approaches, we’ll reach out to arrange a date that works for you.
