Without regular maintenance, minerals and other deposits can accumulate inside your Monarch Water softener, leading to clogs, reduced water flow and inefficient performance.

What's included?

1 x maintenance visit per year, after 12 monthly payments.
Maintenance includes:
- Test incoming water
- Check controller settings
- Ensure salt use is kept to a minimum
- Test soft mains tap to check efficiency of softener
- Test hot water & efficiency performance of the last 7 days
- Check brine draw, remove & clean of injector
- Check backwash flow rate & clean flow controller or solenoid
- Check function of regeneration, backwash, brine draw & rinse
- Check that all cycle times are correct
- Check all phases of operation
• Replacement of consumable parts as required
• 3-months warranty on maintenance visit
