Monarch Water products are designed to last and with regular servicing they will continue to work at peak performance for years to come. Without regular maintenance, minerals and other deposits can accumulate inside your Monarch Water softener, leading to clogs, reduced water flow and inefficient performance.

Signing up for our service subscription is simple. If you've had a recent installation or a softener service by Monarch Water within the last 3 months, you can sign up today, just click the button below. • 1 x health check visit per year, after 12 monthly payments. Maintenance includes:
- Test incoming water
- Check controller settings
- Ensure salt use is kept to a minimum
- Test soft mains tap to check efficiency of softener
- Test hot water & efficiency performance of the last 7 days
- Check brine draw, remove & clean of injector
- Check backwash flow rate & clean flow controller or solenoid
- Check function of regeneration, backwash, brine draw & rinse
- Check that all cycle times are correct
- Check all phases of operation
• Replacement of consumable parts as required
• 3-months warranty on maintenance visit

What is the Annual Service Subscription Service?
The Annual Service Subscription is a subscription plan which
enables you to pay for your annual service in advance in fixed monthly
installments.
How does the Subscription Service work?
Signing up for our annual service subscription service is
simple. We have pre-set plans to make things easier for you. You just need to
choose your type of plan, products you want on the plan and postcode area. We
will then take care of the rest, and will reach out to notify you to get your Annual
Service booked in at the end of each year at a time which works for you.
At the end of each year, the plan will automatically renew. We will send you a reminder by email notifying you that your Annual Service Subscription plan will automatically renew, at least [60 days] before the renewal. If you wish to cancel your subscription before the renewal please see clause 6.1 of our Subscription Terms and the cancellation section of these FAQs.
Am I eligible for an annual service subscription?
Our service plans are only available if you meet the following criteria:
- Domestic customers only
- All products must be in a safely accessible location
- Annual plans must be taken out within 30 days of your warranty registration or within 90 days of of your last paid service visit

How will I know when to book my Annual Service?
As stated above, we will send you an email when it’s nearing the time to book your Annual Service. This email will have details of how to contact our Monarch engineers to get your service booked in.
How do I book my Annual Service?
To book a service you’ll need to give us a call on 0800 093 8222, or request a call back and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Full details, including a call bank link, will be provided in our email notifying you to book in your Annual Service.
What does the annual service include and exclude?
The annual service includes:
- 1 x maintenance visit per year, after 12 monthly payments made
- Replacement of consumable parts as required
- 3 months warranty on maintenance visit
The annual service excludes:
- Breakdowns (unless within 3 months of service being completed)
- Resin replacement
- Parts not under warranty
- Pipework / isolation valves / bypass / hoses and fittings
- Drainage issues (blocked waste pipes etc)
- Misuse / damage
- Operator error
- Work required due to products not installed in accordance with Monarch Water's installation instructions
What if I decide part way through the year that I don’t want to continue the subscription?
There are no long-term contracts or minimum commitments required. You're free to cancel your subscription at any time. Just give us a call on 0800 093 8222 and one of our team can help you. Our offices are open Monday-Friday 08.30-17.00.
If you have made payments for an upcoming Annual Service which has not been carried out [or booked at the time of cancellation], these payments will be refunded in full minus an admin fee [XX] which we charge for the set up and maintenance of your Subscription Account.
